BEFORE YOU ORDER

Questions worth checking.

Is it completely invisible when it is on?

No. The clearer state can still show residual haze, especially from an angle or in certain lighting. Do not expect it to look identical to untreated glass.

Will it block all light or every silhouette?

No. Frosted film diffuses light and obscures the view. Strong backlighting or someone close to the glass can produce shadows or silhouettes. It is not blackout film.

Can I use it in a bathroom?

Only after a location review. Do not install this DIY film inside a shower or where water, splashes or condensation can reach the film, its edges or its wiring. Edge sealing does not make the kit waterproof.

Do I apply it with water?

No. This is a dry installation. Do not use water or soapy application fluid between the film and the glass.

How do I clean it?

Turn the system off before cleaning. Use only a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. For a small spot, lightly dampen the cloth with 97% isopropyl alcohol. Never soak or spray the film. Keep the edges, busbars and electrical parts dry. Never use water, soap, bleach, ammonia, glass cleaner, blades, scrapers, cutters or any sharp object on the installed film.

Can I cut it to fit or reuse it later?

You may trim the height only at the edge opposite the busbar, and the width by no more than 0.79 in. on each side. Keep tools away from the electrical area. Cutting is at your risk: a cut or damaged panel cannot be returned for a change of mind, and cutting-related damage is not covered by the limited warranty. Applied film cannot be reused.

Is installation effortless?

It requires careful measuring, a clean working area, cable planning and patient application. Larger panels can need help. Follow the supplied instructions; fixed electrical work must be handled by a qualified professional.

What happens during a power outage?

The standard PDLC configuration returns to its frosted state without power. A compatible transformer is required for the clearer state.

How will ordering work?

Every kit is made to order with full payment upfront. Production is planned at 15 business days from payment confirmation, plus transit, including the wait for the next production lot. Review shipping and tax before paying.

Can I cancel, and what is covered?

Cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering. After that, change-of-mind cancellation is not available. A three-year limited warranty covers defects under normal use; report arrival damage within 14 days. Read the full terms for exclusions and your rights.
