This page explains how Paneva handles bag, checkout and analytics information.
Your saved bag
A necessary browser cookie identifies a bag stored on our server. It contains selected product identifiers and quantities. The cookie is not an advertising identifier.
Checkout
Square handles payment details on its hosted checkout. Paneva does not request or store card numbers. Order information is used to verify payment and prepare fulfillment.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics cookies, and only when the store has an active measurement configuration. Events can include product views, bag additions and checkout starts. Names, email addresses and full delivery addresses are not added to those events.
Change your cookie choice
To reset your optional analytics choice, use your browser site-data controls to clear Paneva site data. Reload the site to choose again. Clearing the bag cookie may disconnect the browser from its previously saved bag.
Contact and data requests
Email smartglass@smartglass.icu with questions about information associated with your order. Do not email payment-card details.
Data requests and retention
Order information is retained as needed for fulfillment, accounting, claims and legal obligations. Contact smartglass@smartglass.icu to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. We use Square for payment, FedEx for shipping quotes and delivery, and Google Analytics only with consent.
