Use the ZIP checker on the shop page. A ZIP check confirms the destination format. The FedEx quote confirms service and cost for the selected kit before checkout.
FedEx estimate
Kits ship from Florida ZIP 32256. Add a kit and enter your destination ZIP for an account-based FedEx estimate. The final charge depends on the complete address, packed carton and carrier acceptance. We will show shipping and applicable tax before payment. The total is shown before payment.
Protecting the film
Each kit uses a rigid carton with a protective core. The outer section is approximately 11.8 × 11.8 in., with length based on film width plus about 2.8 in. Accessories fit inside the core and the film must not be compressed.
Delivery dates
White and Graphite are planned as made-to-order products, with no finished stock. Production is 15 business days from payment confirmation, plus transit; the production-lot wait is included.
When your package arrives
Inspect the carton and keep the packaging. If anything appears damaged, photograph the carton and contents and contact SmartGlass USA before installation.
Address changes
Changes after checkout may change the shipping cost, tax or eligibility. Contact us before dispatch. Paid orders require address review before fulfillment.
